However, since many of our products are highly perishable, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Refund Policy

• Cancellation 5 Days Before Delivery: If you cancel your order at least 5 days before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is higher.

• Cancellation 3 Days Before Delivery: If you cancel your order 3 days before the delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.

• Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Delivery: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to delivery.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason, the item may be replaced if the recipient can return it within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that returned items cannot be refunded.

We guarantee replacement of items in the following cases, provided you notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

• Faulty items

• Items damaged during transit

• Items cannot be exchanged for a different product.
